[ There's a flash of red light as the flames harnessed by the buckle on his belt activate, and when it clears, Nonon will see that Gokudera's now sporting a peculiar pair of tinted glasses, some flashy foot and arm gear, quite a lot of dynamite, and a cigarette-sized lighter between his teeth. ]

If you think this is all for show, then you'd better get ready for my rocket bombs!

[ He steps back, then lunges forward again— and in a well-practiced, lightning quick motion, launches two and a half dozen or so sticks of dynamite into the air. They zoom toward Nonon, but jerk upward at the last second, propelled not by standard gunpowder, but by the same red flames that appeared when his powers activated, before soaring into the forest and taking out another section of trees. ]

[ It's Nonon's determination to not back down no matter what Gokudera has up his sleeve— or in his belt buckle. However, she takes an involuntary step back when the dynamite sticks get too close for comfort. The flames don't catch her off guard, though, thanks to dealing with multiple people who come with their own form of lens flare.

There's some mild interest in her expression at the damage done and the control he has on his dynamite, but she schools her face back to looking unimpressed. ]

Is that all? Anyone can fling sticks of dynamites, and you're over accessorized. Are you trying to compensate for something?

Tch, [ pushing the glasses up the bridge of his nose, eyebrows twitching in exasperation, ] don't fuck around with me on that one. [ It's more complicated than it looks, and it's definitely not just "flinging" things around haphazardly. If he just did that, they'd probably both be toast! But despite the annoyance at having his moves brushed off, he knows she's just trying to provoke him. Does this count as taking the bait—? ]

And hah— don't talk to me about overcompensation. Not when it looks like you're just loud to compensate for being small. Unless you've got something a little more involved to show off, I don't think your criticism's legitimate.

Let go of the acoustics already. My criticism is way more valid than yours. [ But ah, a power cap? She could be saying that just so she doesn't look lame compared to the power he's displayed (hah!), but the prospect that she's telling the truth is actually more interesting. So he drops the exaggerated attitude for once (for a second), relaxes his offensive stance. ]
