In any case, Gokudera passes the package between his hands, tries to judge the contents by its weight, how it reacts to pressure... It's seriously not a joke... seriously... But what the hell could it be? It's not like he's going to open it right now. That'd be embarrassing. This whole thing is embarrassing. This isn't the first time he's gotten weird gifts from girls (or from gangs— same difference?), but on his birthday... ]

Of course it's serious! [ Who do you take him for, huh?! ] But nah, dogs are more Yamamoto's style... I ended up with that brat. Not sure how, exactly— I got him from my future self, technically... [ he watches Uri for a moment as the cat mews happily and rolls down onto his back, tail swishing, paws in the air... Alright, show-off, that's enough, okay... ] ... he's much more useful in battle.
